Bathurst - Gordon Aubie, 63, of Vanier Blvd, Bathurst, passed away on Wednesday (October 5, 2005) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a brief illness. Born in Bathurst, he was the son Theresa (Lavigne) (Aubie) Boucher and the late Eldon Aubie. Beside his mother, of Bathurst, he is survived by his wife, Colette (Chiasson) Aubie. One son: Rémi Aubie of Montreal, Que. Seven brothers: Cletus Aubie (Evangeline) of Bathurst Leonard Aubie (Therese Caldorone) of Robertville Gerald Aubie of Oshawa, ON Bernard Aubie (Shirley Daley) of Moncton Gerry Aubie of Bathurst Charles Aubie (Mary-Jane) of Windsor, NS Paul Lanteigne (Hubertte) of St. Cécile, NB Four sisters: Beverly Knight (Gary) of Woodstock, ON Anita Jessup (Shawn) of Oshawa, ON Claudette Chamberlain (Gerard) of Rough Waters Vivian Draz (Dave) of Chicago, MI, USA Several nieces and nephews. The body is resting at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday morning (October 8, 2005) at 11:00 a.m. from Holy Rosary Church (Eglise Notre Dame de Rosaire), St. Peter Ave., Bathurst. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
