Bathurst - Wilfred Hachey, 78, of Campbellton and formerly of Bathurst, passed away on Tuesday (October 15, 2005) at the Restigouche Regional Hospital, Campbellton.
Born in Dunlop, he was the son of the late Wilfred Laurier and Isabella (Chiasson) Hachey.
He served in World War II, with the Royal Canadian Army in Canada and overseas.

The body is resting at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday afternoon (October 17, 2005) at 4:00 p.m. from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew St., Bathurst. Burial will be in the parish cemetery, King Ave. Visiting hours are Thursday from 7 to 9 and Friday from 2:00 p.m. till time of Funeral. A Legion service will be held from the Funeral Home on Thursday afternoon.
