It is with heavy hearts that we the family announce the passing of Alvin Duguay, spouse of Monique Theriault which occurred at the Chaleur Regional Hospital in Bathurst on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at the age of 60.

Born in Allardville, he was the son of the late Freeman Duguay and the late Exilda Lanteigne.

Besides his spouse he leaves behind one daughter: Cassandra Lynn Duguay of Bathurst. Two stepsons: Marc Hachey of Bathurst and Daniel Hachey (Robin) of Toronto.

Three brothers: Raphael Duguay (Heather) of Vancouver, B.C., Adrien Duguay (Monique) of Bathurst, Paul Duguay (Rejeanne) of Allardville.

Three sisters: Lisa Robichaud (Donat) of Allardville, Doris Stevens (Ward) of Toronto, and Marie Duguay of Bathurst.

He was predeceased by his brother Lucien Duguay and sister Gisèle Doucet.

As per his wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service.

In memory of Alvin donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the donor’s choice.
