It is with great sadness that the family of Remi Roy announce his sudden passing which occurred on Friday, May 12th, 2023 at the age of 26.

Remi leaves to mourn his mother Yolande Roy Doucet and his biological father Perry Duguay.

Also left to mourn is his sister, Chantal Roy (Scott Lavigne); aunts: Adrienne Roy and Claudia Roy Perron (Claude) as well as a large number of cousins, nieces and nephews.

Remi was predeceased by his stepfather, Kenny Doucet and his brother, Luke.

While attending school, Remi enjoyed watching basketball but most of all he enjoyed playing on school teams. He was very sociable and got along with numerous friends who will no doubt miss his smile and companionship.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 31st, 2023 at 11 a.m. from St. Mary’s Cemetery.

Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Remi may do so to a charity of their choice.
