It is with great sadness that the family of Ross Anthony Copeland announce his passing which occurred at the Chaleur Regional Hospital in Bathurst, NB on June 8th, 2023.

He was the husband of Jacqueline Jenkins and leaves to mourn, his stepson Spencer Saulnier and his father-in-law, Maynard Jenkins. He also leaves his sisters: Linda (James Kenny) of Bathurst, Heather Matte (late Lyle Matte) of Niagara Falls, ON, his brothers: Mark Copeland (Richard Leahy) of Toronto, ON and Glenn Copeland (Lauren) of Dunrobin, ON; as well as his nieces: Heather Kenny, Faye Sweet, Emma and Haley Copeland. He was predeceased by his parents, Harold and Kathleen Copeland and sister Robin. Ross was born in Toronto Ontario and then later moved to Niagara Falls where he spent much of his life in the Niagara region having retired from the Canadian Niagara Power Corporation. On his may trips to Bathurst to visit Jim and Linda, he met his wife Jackie and has made Bathurst his home for the last 16 years.

As per Ross’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date . Arrangements have been entrusted in the care of Elhatton Funeral home in Bathurst.
