It is with sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of Doran Thibodeau, of Beaverbank, Nova Scotia, formerly of Bathurst, which occurred on Monday, June 19th, 2023 at the Victoria General Hospital in Halifax, NS at the age of 71.

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Paul and Murielle (Boucher) Thibodeau.

He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Carla (Whalen) Thibodeau of Beaverbank, NS.

Two children: Tristan (Brittany Payne) Thibodeau and Tierney Thibodeau both of Halifax and two grandchildren: Brayleigh Abigail and Kinsley Elise.

Doran is also survived by his siblings: Raymond (Claudette David) Thibodeau, Claudette (Gérald) David, Juliette (Jean-Claude) Lagacy, Maurice (Linda Chenard) Thibodeau, Gloria (Theodore) David all of Bathurst and Christine (late Kenneth) Ross of Beresford.

Many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, niece and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother Denis.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 27th, 2023 at 3 pm from Elhatton Funeral Chapel (www.elhatton.com).
