It is with heavy hearts that we the family announce the passing of Daniel Plourde, husband to Pauline (Comeau) Plourde, of Beresford, which occurred at the Chaleur Regional Hospital on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at the age of 71.

Born in St-Joseph (Edmundston), he was the son of the late Ernest Plourde and the late Marthe Ouellette.

Besides his spouse, he leaves behind his daughter: Anik Plourde (Grayson Lafoley) of Ottawa and two grandchildren: Tristan and Cendrine Lafoley.

He also leaves behind his brothers and sisters: Georgette Plourde Charland, Guildo, Jean, Ghislain, Françoise Plourde, Claire Plourde Rosser, Pierre, Micheline Plourde Carrier, Chantal and Bernard.

Several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents he was predeceased by his sister, Rella Collin.

As per his wishes there will be no visitation or funeral.

In memory of Daniel, a donation to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
