Beresford - Its with great sadness and a little bit of relief that after a long fight with cancer, we the family announce the passing of Pauline (Vienneau) Morrison of Beresford, which occurred at the Chaleur Regional Hospital in Bathurst on Wednesday July 24th, 2024, just one month short of her 72nd birthday.

She was the daughter of the late Michel Vienneau and the late Yvonne Doucet of Beresford.

She was for 52 years the wife and love of his life to Euclide Morrison.

She was the most incredible mother to Danie and Luc Morrison and loving mother-in-law to Natasha Morrison. We can’t forget her “favourite” son in law Jeff Titterton.

Probably her most important role was being the most amazing Mémère to her 4 grandkids: Hunter, Zaiden, Kallie and Lexie.

She was sister to Roland (Therese) Vienneau, Rejean (Jennifer) Vienneau, Murielle Vienneau, Raymonde (Claude) Morrison and Carolle (Ronald Guignard).

She was godmother to Steve Morrison, Stephanie Desjardins, Gabriel Vienneau and Sylvie Morrison

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a baby sister Lorain.

When my mom asked me to write her obituary, I first refused. Nobody wants to do that! But I also know that I didn’t want her to have an ordinary obituary because she was no ordinary person!

She was caring, loving and full of joy! She was so extremely in love with Euclide. The way they looked at each other, the way they communicated (her telling him what to do) the amount of time they spent loving each other was remarkable.

After Luc and I left the home, most of her time was spent at the cabin where every day she got up and went fishing. If fishing was out of season, you would find her sitting in the blueberry field picking pails and pails of blueberries to share with friends and family. She loved moose and partridge hunting and always hosted the best gatherings. Organized rally’s every year for her family and her special group of friends that she absolutely adored, to collect funds to donate cancer and deserving members of the community! She had a passion and a talent for quilting. Leaving all of us with little treasures to keep forever.

She was so proud of her grandkids and always took the time to FaceTime to talk to them. Hunter, Zaiden, Kallie and Lexie will forever have great memories of baking with her, reading books, doing puzzles and just getting the best snuggles ever.

So, no I didn’t want to write your obituary mom, but that’s because it meant that I would have to say goodbye and how do you say goodbye to one of the most incredible woman you’ve ever known.

Pauline will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all that had a chance to know her even just for a little while.

We would like to thank the department of oncology at the Chaleur Regional Hospital for always making her a priority during the last 3 years.

Rest in peace mom, like you said “you have lived a beautiful life”. You have gained your angel wings many times over!

Until we meet again!

Oh and we love you more!
