Also a special thanks to the neighbors, who were kindly giving of their time, helping when needed, supporting Madame Évangeline. We are blessed to have neighbors showing compassion, caring and love.

Évangeline was an amazing person. Her memory will continue to shine in our lives. She was always positive and having a big smile to greet all her visitors even in the condition she was facing. Évangeline was admired by all the staff for her strength, courage and her understanding in all of life challenges for the past two years. Évangeline enjoyed her life with Émile, family and friends. She had a good heart. She was so generous. Her and Émile took in some of the Boudreau kids and raised them as their own. She loved step dancing, dancing at the legion with Émile and playing cards. She was always laughing and having fun. Kitchen party was one of her best.

We could say that: Elle avait la joie de vivre!

The internment will take place in the summer of 2025 following by a celebration of life hosted by the Horton Family. (Larry and Simonne)
