Dunlop – It is with great sadness that we, family, announce the passing of Yolande Morrison which occurred at her residence, surrounded by the unconditional love of her daughters, on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at the age of 84.

Born in Dunlop, she was the daughter of the late Algernon and Bertha (Comeau) Aubé.

Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Morrison worked for Social Services NB for 32 years.

She is survived by her daughters, whom she adored: Liette Morrison and Rachel Morrison, with whom she resided.

She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Not to mention her Yorkies: Lexie and Kamie who she lovingly called “Mamie’s little girl's.”

Mom was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a son, Blair (1980), her only brother Yvon Aubé (2020) and the father of her children, Norman Morrison (2024).

The family wishes to thank Dr. Sophie Arseneault, Dr. Mireille Savoie, Dr. Rebecca Arseneau, the personnel of the Extra Mural Program and Jean-Coutu Pharmacy (Bathurst) for their support and professionalism. A special thank you to Carole Duguay for the excellent care given to mom during the last week.

The family will receive relatives and friends after 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 20th, 2025 at Heritage Funeral Home (www.mfheritage.com), Beresford until departure for the funeral which will take place at 4 p.m. from Sainte-Thérèse d’Avila Church in Robertville.

Donations in memory of Yolande may be made to the Alzheimer Society, Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the donor’s choice.
