Moncton - Corey Doucet, 16, of Moncton and formerly of Beresford, passed away on Saturday (September 8, 2007) in Moncton as a result of a motor vehicle accident.
Corey was a grade 11 student at Harrison Trimble High School in Moncton, was active in sports (Soccer and Skate Boarding) and enjoyed playing the guitar.
Born in Bathurst, he was the beloved son of Audra Garrett and Claude Doucet.

Corey was pre-deceased by his brother 19 years ago; Matthew who died at the age of 7 1/2 weeks.
The family will receive relatives and friends after 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Heritage Funeral Home, 270 rue Centre, Beresford. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday afternoon (September 13, 2007) at 4:30 p.m. from Eglise St. Nom de Jesus, Beresford. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Visiting hours are Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 90 and Thursday from 2:00 p.m. until time of Funeral.
