Bathurst … Gordon McGee, 69, formerly of Goodwin Mills, passed away on Tuesday (March 4, 2008), at the Foyer Notre Dames de Lourdes, Bathurst. Born in Allardville, he was the son of the late Ernest and Victorine (Ward) McGee. Mr. McGee worked as a wood contractor for most of his life. He is survived by: Two brothers : William McGee and Raymond Tremblay both of Bathurst. Four sisters: Anna (Yvon) Allain of Bathurst, Ella Hachey of Bathurst, Cécile Duguay (Denis) of Allardville, Jacqueline Tremblay of Bathurst. He was pre-deceased by a sister; Ruby. The body is resting at Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday (March 7, 20008) at 4:00 p.m. from Eglise Christ Roi of Allardville. Visiting hours are Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Friday from 1:30 p.m. until time of Funeral. Burial will be in the parish cemetery in the spring.
