Robertville - Mme Adrienne Pitre, 64, wife of Avila Pitre, of Robertville, passed away surrounded by her husband and 7 children, on Monday (March 24, 2008) after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Nicholas Denys, NB, she was the daughter of the late Edouard "Ned" and Emilia (Morris) Haché. Besides her husband, she is survived by: Four sons: Maurice Clement (Pierrette) of Beresford André Pitre (Rachelle) of Allardville Alain Pitre (Sheila) of Moncton Martin Pitre (Sarah Craft) of Oromocto Three daughters: Angèle Bertin (Ghislain) of Dunlop Monique Boudreau (David) and Murielle Veilleux (Mario) both of Robertville One brother: Edouard Haché of Timmins, ON Five sisters: Yvonne Godin and Noella Haché both of Bathurst Amanda Coté (Charles) of Robertville Marie Godin of Timmins, ON Mélita Comeau (Leonard Brideau) of Tracadie-Sheila 14 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Adrienne was pre-deceased by 5 brothers; Azade, Eugène, Majella, Alban, Emery and a sister; Maria. The body will rest after 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Heritage Funeral Home (www.mfheritage.com), 270 rue Centre, Beresford. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday afternoon (March 27, 2008) at 4:00 p.m. from Eglise Ste Thérèse, of Robertville. Burial will be in the parish cemetery in the spring. Visiting hours are Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Thursday from 2:00 p.m. until time of Funeral. Donations in the memory of Adrienne may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a favorite charity.
