Bathurst … Aurele “Bobby” Chiasson, 72, of St. Mary’s Ave., Bathurst, passed away on Sunday (April 6, 2008) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Edmond and Phoebee (Mallet) Chiasson. Beside his wife, Violette (Couture) Chiasson, he is survived by: One son: Daniel “Danny” Chiasson (Sylvie) of Bathurst Two daughters: Linda Chamberlain (Jimmy) of Bathurst Diane Pelley (William) of Lakeview, NS Nine brothers: Laurier (Jeannette), Jimmy (Theresa), Cletus (Betty), William, Jarvis (Cathy), Robert (Glenda), Albanie (Claudette) all of Bathurst Gilbert (Debbie) of Beresford, Delphis “Jack” (Angie) Montreal, Que. Six sisters: Amy (Felix) Frigault, Moncton Yvette (Roger) Hachey, Bathurst Sylvia (Camille) Daigle, Bathurst Isabelle (Gerald) Roy, Bathurst Eva (Mario) Dugas, Moncton Therese (Edwin) Sealy, Woodstock, NB 11 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister; Adele, 2 brothers; Stanley and Thelesphore. The body will rest after 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Elhatton Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday (April 9, 2008) at 4:00 p.m. from the Sacred Heart Cathedral, St. Andrew St. Burial will take place in the St. Mary’s Cemetery later in the spring. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until time of Funeral.
