Robertville- Mrs Alice Roy, wife of Henri Roy of Robertville, died at the Chaleur Regional Hospital in Bathurst on Tuesday 20 April 2004 after a brief illness at the age of 50. Born in Bathurst she was the daughter of late Gordon Lavigne and late Angelina Duclos. She worked at M.L.Frenette in Dunlop, NB She is survived by her husband Henri and, 1 daughter, Rachel (Gino) Roy of Dunlop, NB 2 sons, Eric Roy and Denis Roy, both of Toronto, 2 brothers, Robert Lavigne (Benice) of South Tetagouche, NB and Roland Lavigne of Toronto, ON 1 sister, Estelle Gionet (Roland) of Beresford, NB 1 granddaughter, Chantal Andrée Pitre of Dunlop, NB Many nieces and nephews. The body will rest at Elhatton Funeral Home, St.George St., Bathurst on Wednesday 21 April 20, 2004 at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated from the Sainte Thérèse Church in Robertville on Friday 23 April 20, 2004 at 7 p.m. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery. Visiting hours: Wednesday 21 April, 7-9 p.m. Thursday 22 April, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Friday 2-4 p.m. only.
