Bathurst - Roland Haché, 59, of Picot Ave., Bathurst, passed away on Friday (December 17, 2010) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.

Born in Tremblay, he was the son of the late Gérard and Christianne (Arseneau) Haché.

He was employed at Morris & Richard Consulting Engineers Ltd. as an Engineer Technologist in Halifax, NS.

Roland is survived by 4 sisters, Anita Blanchard (Hector) of Florida, Géralda Frenette (Camille) of Beresford, Hilda Curwin (Morley) of Dieppe, Carmella Levesque (Pierre) of Charlo; two brothers, Augustin Hachey (Corinne) and Armand Haché (Evangeline) both of Bathurst.

Several nieces and nephews.

He was pre-deceased by a brother, Yvan.

There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home.  A Memorial Service will be celebrated on Monday (December 20, 2010) at 2 p.m. from Elhatton's Funeral Home Chapel, Bathurst.  Donations in memory of Roland may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Kidney Association or a favorite charity.  Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
