Bathurst - Mrs. Emma Perry, 103, of Union St., Bathurst and formerly of South Tetagouche, passed away Friday (November 29, 2013) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a brief illness.
Born in Mapleton, N.B., she was the daughter of the late Bliss and Edith (Colpitts) Collicutt.
She was a teacher until her retirement in 1976.
She was pre-deceased by her first husband, Richard Justice and her second husband, Leo Perry.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Emma is survived by five daughters: Louise Williams (Michael) of Birmingham, England, Mary Anne Lowe of Lower Sackville, N.S., Jean Noddin (Ken) of Moncton, Lillian Duguay (Roger) of Bathurst and Lynn Vance (Dale) of South Tetagouche.
Two sons: Weldon and Errol (Cathy) both of Toronto, Ont.
Many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Mary Anna; two brothers: Horace, Manning and two sisters: Helen and Mary.
The body will rest on Monday, December 2, 2013, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday (December 3, 2013) at 11 a.m. from the Bayview Baptist Church, O’Neil Dr., Bathurst.
