1943 – 2014

Bathurst - William Adams Jr., 70, of Varrily St., Bathurst, passed away on Friday, March 21, 2014 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Frederick William and Margaret (Doucet) Adams.

He is survived by five children: Kimberly Adams of Sherbrooke, Que., Paul Adams of Bathurst, Wayne Adams of Western Canada, Amanda Adams of Ontario and Francis Dempsey of Bathurst.

Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Two brothers: Norman "Smokey" Adams and Raymond Adams both of Bathurst.

Three sisters: Mary Ann "Dian" Adams, Doris Glazier (George) and  Annette Comeau all of Bathurst. Several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a granddaughter, Carolanne.

Visitations will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. 

Funeral Service will be celebrated on Wednesday afternoon, March 26, 2014 at 2 p.m. from Elhatton's Funeral Home Chapel, St. George St., Bathurst.
