1946 – 2014

Bathurst - Ernest Scott, 67, of Centennial St., Bathurst, passed away on Sunday (June 29, 2014) at the Cheleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a lengthy illness.

Born in Bathurst, he was the son of Bathia (Anderson) Scott and the late Clinton Scott.

Ernest was a retired custodian from Coronation Elementary and Terry Fox Elementary Schools.

Besides his mother of Bathurst, he is survived by his wife, Marg (Doucet) Scott.

Two children: Clint Scott (Kate) of Fredericton and Jennifer Waite (Gary) of England. 

Two grandchildren: Raili and Gabriel.

One sister, Norma Jean Aucoin (Paul) of Bathurst.

Several nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday (July 4, 2014) at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com) from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. 

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday morning (July 5, 2014) at 11 a.m. from Elhatton's Funeral Home Chapel. 

Donations in memory of Ernest may be made to the IWK Hospital, the Children's Wish Foundation or a favorite charity.
