Salmon Beach, NB - Mrs. Marlene Ellis, 78, wife of Raymond Ellis, of Salmon Beach, passed away on Saturday January 7, 2017, at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst.

Born in Ottawa, ON, she was the daughter of the late William Gore.

She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two children:  Randy Ellis (Trish) of Lloydminster, AB and Tina Ellis (Kenneth Frenette) of Bathurst.

Three grandchildren: Kassidy, Tiffany and Kevin.  Several nieces and nephews.

She was pre-deceased by a brother, Billy and a sister, Wendy.

There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home.  Funeral Service will be celebrated on Thursday afternoon January 12, 2017 at 2 p.m. from Elhatton's Funeral Home Chapel, (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.  Donations in memory of Marlene may be made to a favorite charity.
