Mildreth Gardiner (nee Gough) , 89, passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital after a short battle with cancer. 

Born in Lurgan, Northern Ireland she was the daughter of James and Sarah Gough.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Ernest Gardiner and their son Gary Gardiner. She was predeceased by her two daughters Cheryl Smith and Beverly Doiron. 

Mildreth also leaves behind five grand children Jessica, Randall, Terri, Sarah, Erica and nine great grand children Liam, Jace, James, Benjamin, Jacob, Scarlett, Piper, Frankie and Ivan. 

As per her request there will be no funeral service or memorial.
