Marie Anne Bonenfant, age 89, passed away peacefully at her seniors home on November 24, 2023, in Bathurst, New Brunswick due to congestive heart failure.

Born in Lamèque, she was the daughter of the late Anthine Savoie and Albertine Duguay.

She is survived by her daughter Linda Maltais and her son Robert Bonenfant.

Five grandchildren: Benjamin, Danielle, Eric, Hope and Dante, her great-grandson: Gavin.

Her three siblings: Emerentienne, Raymonde and Rose-Marie.

“Heavenly Father, we ask for your mercy and grace for Marie-Anne as she begins her journey into eternal life, please bring her into your loving arms and grant her peace and rest”.

Funeral service will be held Monday, December 11th, 2023 at 2 p.m. from the Elhatton Funeral Home Chapel.
