Liliane Lavigne loving wife of Edgar Lavigne, of Bathurst passed away at the Chaleur Regional Hospital on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at the age of 87.

Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Hilda (Watson) Legacy.

Besides her husband, she is survived by a brother, Norman Legacy (Gisele) of Ontario as well as many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings: Doris, Edmond, Adrien, Cletus and Lawrence.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 17th, 2024 at 2 p.m. from the Elhatton Funeral Home Chapel, St. George St. 

Donations in memory of Liliane may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
