Petit-Rocher West, NB - It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of George Duguay of Petit-Rocher West, which occurred at his residence on Wednesday July 3, 2024, at the age of 68.

Born in Hamilton, ON he was the son of Margaret (Legacy) Duguay of Nigadoo and the late Wilfred Duguay.

Besides his mother, he will be sadly missed by his sister, Elizabeth Duguay of Pabineau First Nation. Sister-in-law, Darlene Belanger of Nigadoo.

Several nieces and nephews.

Besides his father, he was pre-deceased by a brother, Adelard.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Funeral service will be held on Thursday July 11, 2024, at 11 a.m. from Elhatton Funeral Chapel (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Donations in memory of George may be made to the Lung Association or a charity of the donor’s choice.
