It is with great sadness that, we the family, announce the passing of Randy Hachey of Beresford, which occurred at the Chaleur Regional Hospital in Bathurst on Tuesday August 6th, 2024, at the age of 56. Born in Bathurst, he was the son of Ronald and Anne-Marie (Comeau) Hachey. Besides his parents, he is survived by his brother, Jason Hachey and his nephew, Daniel Hachey, both of Tremblay, NB. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was pre-deceased by his grandparents Hachey and grandparents Comeau and several uncles.

There will be no visiting at the funeral home. A celebration of his life will take place at the Saint-Nom-de-Jésus cemetery in Beresford on Tuesday, September 10th, 2024 at 4h00 p.m.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the medical staff of the Palliative Care unit of the Chaleur Regional Hospital for their care and compassion given to them during their stay. A very special thank you to Doreen, Michelle, Zach, Carole, Nicole, Dr. LeBlanc, Dr. Maltais and Dr. Morrison for your kindness during these difficult times.
