With celebration of a life well lived, the family announces the passing of Clara Carroll, 90, which occurred at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst on Wednesday, November 27th, 2024 with her daughter by her side.

Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late Eldon and Dorina (Legacy) Bennett.

She will be dearly missed by her children: Stella Gammon (Chris Lavers), Theresa LeBlanc (Denis) and Michael (Trudy).

Four grandchildren: Travis, Mitchel, Kaitlyn and Kassandra.

Two great-grandchildren: Josie and Jordyn.

Three sisters: Edith Legacy (late Loronzo), Helen Bergsma (late John) and Eva Roy (Billy).

Clara was predeceased by her husband Leo Carroll as well as her brothers, Freeman Bennett, Lawrence Bennett and Roger Bennet and a sister Geraldine Lewis.

There will be no visitation or funeral service. A graveside service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
