Bathurst - Mrs. Margaret Cox, 79, wife of Frank Cox, formerly of Pokeshaw, which occurred Monday (October 30, 2006) at the Foyer Notre Dame de Lourdes, Bathurst. Born in Pokeshaw, she was the daughter of the late James and Mary Jane (McKernie) Coombs. Besides her husband, Frank, she is survived by: Three sons: Robert Cox (Leeanne) and Stephen Cox, both of Richmond, BC Jeffery Cox of Montreal, Que. Five brothers: Gerald Coombs (Evelyn) of North Tetagouche, NB Joseph Coombs, Edward Coombs, James Coombs (Mabel), all of Pokeshaw, NB Ronald Coombs (Linda) of Ontario One sister: Doris Hall of Saint John, NB 4 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by a daughter; Charline. The body will rest after 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Service will be held on Friday afternoon (November 3, 2006) at 2:00 p.m. from the Bayview Baptist Church, O'Neil Dr., Bathurst. Burial will be in the Highland View Cemetery, Bathurst. Visiting hours are Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.
