Mrs. Mary Garrett, 93, formerly of Reese Lane, Bathurst, passed away on Sunday (May 6, 2007) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late John and Marion (Vienneau) Watson. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Vincent Garrett, in 1977. She is survived by 7 children: Kenneth Garrett (Ann), Joan Boucher (Harvey), Shirley Ann Haché (Alyre), Elvera Roy (Jean Guy) and Gary Garrett, all of Bathurst Ethel Morin (Paul) of Edmundston, NB Elizabeth "Betty" Duguay (Emery), of Rexton, NB One brother: Ernest Watson of Allardville Four sisters: Margaret Lavigne of Montreal, Que. Merilda Gauvin, Corinne Mazerolle and Florence Robichaud, all of Allardville 20 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by 3 brothers; Wallace, Gordon and Eldon. There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be celebrated on Wednesday (May 9, 2007) at 2:00 p.m. from Elhatton's Funeral Home Chapel, with Father Greg Culligan officiating.
