Clifford Kennedy, 77, of Johnson Ave., Bathurst, passed away on Sunday (May 6, 2007) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a lengthy illness. Born in Kirkland Lake, ON, he was the son of the late Edward Kennedy and the late Lydia (Ladouceur) (Kennedy) Cameron. He was retired from Brunswick Mining and Smelting. Besides his wife, Eva (Lebeau) Kennedy, he is survived by: Three sons: Clifford Jr. (Norma) and Robert (Leona), both of Fredericton John (Denise) of Moncton One daughter: Joanne Kennedy (late Emery Roy) of Beresford One sister: Claire Harvey (late Leo) of Kirkland Lake, ON Daughter-in-law: Karen Kennedy of Bathurst 6 grandchildren; Todd, Leighann, Cheryl, Jason Sasha and David, Several nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by 2 sons; infant son Robert, Bryan (2000), a granddaughter; Cindy Roy (1979) and a brother; Walter. There will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday afternoon (May 8, 2007) at 4:00 p.m. from Our Lady of the Rosary Church, St. Peter Ave., Bathurst. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
