Bathurst - Werner Guggenheimer, 79, of St. Andrew St., Bathurst, passed away on Friday (November 9, 2007) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst. Born in Stuttgart, Germany, he was the son of the late Professor Ernst and Elfriede (Schapir) Guggenheimer. He worked in the mining field for most of his life. He was a member of the Masonic order, Roof of the World Lodge, Peru, South America. Besides his wife, Barbara (Sinclair) Guggenheimer. Two daughters: Christine Guggenheimer Boudreau (Charles) of Oromocto, NB Isabel Guggenheimer of Kingston, ON One brother: Walter (Shirley) of Oakland, CA, USA Two grandsons; Michael and Jared. One nephews; Eric. TThere will be no visitation at the Funeral Home.
